If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days from the time you originally received your item, and you are the original purchaser, we will replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, minor fabric pilling, fabric stretching, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and use.
For warranty evaluation, submit detailed photos of your product’s defect. After evaluation, the items may need to be returned to Gold Medal Gear. All shipping to Gold Medal Gear must be pre-paid. Gold Medal Gear is not liable for lost in-bound shipments.
